By agreeing to these terms and conditions with RANDOMZ, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. **Order Fulfillment:** While we strive to fulfill all orders promptly, delays may occur due to various factors including, but not limited to, supply chain issues, shipping delays, or unforeseen circumstances. 

 2. **Limitation of Liability:** In the event that your order does not arrive, you acknowledge and agree that RANDOMZ is not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences associated with the non-delivery of your order. You waive any right to initiate legal proceedings, sue, or press charges against RANDOMZ for any claim arising from or related to the failure of order fulfillment or delivery.

 3. **Customer Responsibilities:** It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. RANDOMZ is not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. 

4. **Claim Process:** If your order does not arrive, please contact our customer service team within 20 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter and do our best to assist you, but we retain the right to determine the course of action. 

5. **Severability:** If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. 

6. **Governing Law:** These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Andover, Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By proceeding with your order, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.
